Thank You for your loyalty and financial relationship with NCCU.  This next year we have decided to offer each and everyone of you an equal chance to WIN a flat screen plasma color TV by simply referring a friend to open a new membership account relationship with the Northwoods Community Credit Union. 

        Simply……….the NEW MEMBER opens accounts and establishes a financial relationship with the Northwoods Community Credit Union.   They in turn identify a referring individual and that lucky person then becomes eligible for a chance to win the Flat Screen Plasma TV.  The Northwoods Community Credit Union will send a recognition letter and instructions for the referring individual to enter the drawing.

Official Rules for the “Tell-A-Friend” Membership Drive 

You must be 18 year or older to enter.  All entry tickets must be received at the Credit Union by midnight, June 5th 2008 for the drawing to be held on June 6th, 2008, and by midnight, December 18th, 2008 for the drawing to be held on December 19th, 2008.  Entry tickets are also available by mailing a written request along with a self-addressed stamped envelop to Northwoods Community Credit Union, “Tell-A-Friend” Membership Drive, P. O. Box 369, Park Falls, WI  54552.  This is limited to one drawing entry ticket per request. The value of each of the television is $767.00. NCCU employees and their immediate family members living in their household are not eligible to enter the drawing.The winner is responsible for any taxes due. In addition, you are only eligible to win one TV per calendar year (The winner of the June 6th, 2008 drawing is not eligible to win the December 19th, 2008 drawing). The winner will be notified by a telephone call.  The winner must sign an affidavit of eligibility and waiver authorizing NCCU to use their name/picture in any promotional materials before claiming their prize.  

Definition of a New Member as it pertains to the “Tell – A – Friend” Membership Drive Promotion.  The new member who was referred to join NCCU can not be a former member of the Northwoods Community Credit Union in the past 12 months preceding the opening date of the new membership relationship.
